Nexonym templates are practical starting points for your business. This page explains the standard license that applies unless a product page states otherwise.
Standard license
Each purchase includes one license for one business or user unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Where a product includes editable files, you may customize them for your own business operations, client delivery process, or internal workflow.
What is not permitted
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or transfer the source templates or files. You may not claim the templates as your own original work.
Do not provide a purchased template as a standalone deliverable to another person or business, including through a shared drive, template library, marketplace, course, or membership.
Professional judgment
Nexonym products are operational templates and educational resources. They are not legal, tax, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice. Adapt them with appropriate professional judgment for your circumstances.
