Nexonym sells instant digital downloads. This policy explains how delivery and material product issues are handled.
Delivery and access first
If you cannot access a purchase or a download link does not work, contact Nexonym through Purchase Help with your order details or the email used at checkout. Nexonym will first work to resolve the delivery or file-access issue.
Digital delivery is provided after purchase. Keep your confirmation details available so the purchase can be located efficiently.
When refunds are considered
If there is a material issue with a digital product that Nexonym cannot resolve, a refund may be considered after review of the purchase and the reported issue.
This approach is intended to address unresolved delivery or material product problems. It does not promise a particular outcome for every request.
Change-of-mind purchases
Refunds are not offered simply because a purchaser changes their mind after the files have been accessed. Review the product page, included downloads, and license information before checkout.
